The Project Lifecycle

I am happy to provide services at one or all phases of a project’s lifecycle:

  • In this stage, the focus is on de-risking the idea before significant resources are committed.

    • Technical Advisory: I join your vendor meetings as an objective third party to help you filter out marketing claims. I determine if a solution is real or if you are being sold a project that is not yet viable for your specific environment.

    • Feasibility Study: I perform literature reviews and initial research to see if a solution already exists in the industry or if custom development is required to solve your problem.

  • Once we identify a path, the goal is to create a tangible "Proof of Concept" that proves the theory works.

    • Tech Determination: I identify the most efficient technical path for the problem. This involves deciding whether the solution requires a large language model, a computer vision system, or a traditional mathematical approach.

    • Rapid Prototyping: I build a functional proof of concept, such as a video demo or a prototype model. This allows your team and stakeholders to see the solution in action and provides the evidence needed for strategic guidance.

  • After a prototype is validated, I provide the documentation and guidance needed to turn it into a permanent part of your business.

    • Production Planning: I deliver a detailed write-up on how to turn the prototype into a hardened tool. This includes an analysis of production costs, infrastructure requirements, and potential scalability hurdles.

    • Implementation Guidance: I provide the software architecture design and mentorship your internal teams need to maintain and scale the system long term.
